How is pricing set?

Every order is quoted for its design, quantity and presentation.

How is the date confirmed?

Kristin checks every requested date personally. A request is not a booking.

Hand decoration or printing?

Both use Kristin’s dough and icing; only the finish changes.

Where do you hand off orders?

South Carolina pickup or local delivery is arranged by agreement. Nationwide shipping is not available yet.

What about ingredient restrictions?

Please discuss ingredients with Kristin before booking. The kitchen is not allergen-free.

How do I pay?

The payment method follows your quote and private arrangement with Kristin.

Can plans change?

Changes are agreed directly with Kristin.

Can I repeat an order?

Yes. Dates, pricing, and details are reconfirmed for every returning order.
